My so-called New Year's Resolution

Ko dah nape Leha..setengah tahun x hupdate blog tetibe nak hupdate..n tetibe aku pelik tgk balik blog archive ghupenye aku buat blog ni March 2012..hahaha..n then under construction setahun sbb bz keje..pastu baru "launch" March 2013..waaaa..

Ok back to the topic..hokay..SO now dah 2014..n actually aku skrg sambung master by research di sebuah universiti di London .. Korea .. Jepun Malaysia yg banyak lembu..n i have plenty of time in my hands when there is no due date (last minute person here) /classes/tolong jage lab or marking papers ..sbnrnye mase tu utk buat research tp..paham2 je la kan..refer pic no 1 below..my life literally/comically? lebey kurang like this honestly:

So aku rase Gantt Chart (cam project schedule) telah dibina utk research..why not buat sesuatu seperti itu juga untuk life kan..so aku pon berpikir la ape aim utame aku this year..oh yeahhh "Healthy Living"..Actually bende ni bermule lepas mak aku kene sakit batu karang last year.n berulang alik dlm 2-3 months in and out of ward..n aku kene teman..n bermcm2 jenis pesakit ku lihat time tu..so macam ya Allah insafnye..xnak sakit..or at least xnak sakit sbb unhealthy lifestyle ko..kalau dh ketentuan Allah nk ade penyakit terime je la but at least ko dh berusaha..

Kalau rakan2 yg mengenali ku mesti tau aku selalu meroyan pasal berat badan n seangkatan dgn nye..n i heard somewhere yg mane Rasulullah S.A.W said that  perut tu tempat punca segala penyakit...so iols pon mule mengimbas segala macam "toxicity" which i ingested the past 20+ years,..nak buek camno dh jd darah daging..bile nak part resolution ni oi!!*kate pembace(kalau ade)

Ha nak tulis la ni..so resolution this year which mainly part of le plan of healthy living~
CAUTION: this will be very specific plan based on my own case

1) Makan makanan seimbang
- ooo Leha ko dulu malas makan sayur kann..skrg ni aku nak kau jadi kambing! nasik kene segenggam je tau..ko hingat padi tu tanam ntuk ko makan je ke..hahaha

2) Eat no more than Daily Calorie Requirement (DCR)
- korang mesti tau kan kenape..sebab nak calorie deficit laaa..hahah iaitu mengurangkan berat sedikit demi sedikit ikut brp byk korang kurangkan calorie consumed per day..berminat? kire di SINI..lps tu nak buek apo ko pikir sendiri..hahaha (blogger jahat) .

3) Drink more lah!
So the plan is drink more than 8 glasses of water per day..n iols nk incclude kan sekali green tea dlm diet seharian n once in a while lemon water utk detox..lemon petik blkg umah je..thanks arwah nenek saudara tanamkan 15+ thn lps! :') . segale lipton,boh n ade green tea powder ade kat umah..n mmg sedap laaa..mcm minum air tebu!

4) Exercise yaww
Burn baby burn! so, bapakku yg budiman dah buatkan gelanggang badminton utk latih anak die jadi mcm anak2 sidek  bersenam..but in fact bapakku n org kampung yg main lebey dr ktorang di situ..ahaks..so i aim to at least 4 hour of playing badminton la wiken..

pusat sukan blkg umah wak Salam, cam gloomy je...ni la padah konon vscocam bagai..hahah

5) Opt for healthy snacks
- iols mmg hantu kepade "makanan sampah" sejak kecil..kalo p mane2 mesti kene beli buah tangan ni..insafla wahai manusia..so mulai hari ni kalau beli junk food beli yg berkualiti..HAHAHAH..low cal,low sodium,low fat sgl macam low la..n sikit demi sedikit tukar kpd healthy snack


6) Dont forget ur supplement!
X smue leh dapat dr makanan yg kite ambik..so makanan tambahan la! (ape punye penerangan ni)..hahaa n nk memperbaiki sedikit sbyk sistem mane yg x molek..

7) Dont skip ur daily skin care routine!
Haaa bile la kulit nk mulus kan.sihat luar n dalam!...tu la padahnye byk mkn toxic dr dulu, x exercise n x istiqamah dlm memakai skin care...hahaha gitu..so jgn lupe cuci moke, pakai sunblock n moisturize!


Mesti kalau ade kwn2 aku bace ni mencebik muke n berkate..alah aku baru nampak ko borong coklat kan masetu..Haaaaaaa.tu healing crisis..(penggunaan perkataan tidak betul)..harap2 la aku istiqamah kali ni..Amin..n wlpn nmpk cam azam ni more to nak lose weight..yeap btul la tu..nk healthy n fit yawww!
